Miss Donna Colucci Amerighi is the Owner, Operator and Artistic Director of The Doncin School of Dance. Miss Donna has served her community for the past 50 years as a leader in dance education and child development. Her passion for teaching dance and dedication to her students has been recognized by the State of Connecticut, declaring June 7th as" The Doncin School of Dance Day" Miss Donna is a known and respected dance instructor and she takes great pride in the generations of families that have studied at The Doncin School. Miss Donna is a member of Professional Dance Teachers Association and attends classes in New York City at Broadway Dance and Steps. Many of her former students have gone on to teach and perform professionally. Miss Donna is now a certified Zumba Instructor.

Tammy’s most recent Broadway choreography credits include “Broadway’s Easter Bonnet Competition starring Liza Minnelli,” “ A Tribute to Chita Rivera,” and “Broadway Bares.” She graced the stage with Chita Rivera at the Kennedy Center for an evening “Celebrating Women in the Performing Arts.” Tammy choreographed Rosie O’Donnell & Rachael
Tammy’s most recent Broadway choreography credits include “Broadway’s Easter Bonnet Competition starring Liza Minnelli,” “ A Tribute to Chita Rivera,” and “Broadway Bares.” She graced the stage with Chita Rivera at the Kennedy Center for an evening “Celebrating Women in the Performing Arts.” Tammy choreographed Rosie O’Donnell & Rachael Ray on the “Rachael Ray TV Show” and “The View.” She also choreographed productions of “Footloose” , “The Wiz,” “High School Musical,” and “Tommy” under the direction of John Asselta.
She has appeared numerous times on television , performed with recording artists in New York City and around the world, choreographed and performed in industrials for Radio City Music Hall, Pontiac/GMC, Harley Davidson, State Farm, Microsoft, The Walt Disney Company, Lincoln Center, EMI Latin & Polygram Records. Ms. Colucci is constantly looking for new ways to hone her craft and continues performing and choreographing in and around New York for productions including “The Altar Boyz” (currently running Off-Broadway), the LOGO Television Network, Rosie O’Donnell’s R Family Vacations, and the Goodspeed Opera House. As an instructor, Tammy continues to travel around the country with her company, New York Dance Jamz, Inc., She instructs master classes in NYC for Broadway Classrooms, Rosie’s Broadway Kids, and has taught at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City and Dance Educators of America. Tammy is currently teaching “Dance for Musical Theater” here at SJR through Broadway Theater Workshops. She also works privately with young actors in preparation for musical theatre and college auditions.
